CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are to be made in writing or by fax to Conference Secretariat. Payment regarding registration fees, accompanying persons’ programme will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation received before August 20, 2009: 75% refund **
Cancellation received after August 20, 2009: no refund
** All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Students attendees should send copies of proof document - which will be valid until the end of the event - by fax (55) (21) 2215-4476 or by e-mail (icam2009@icam2009.com) to conference secretariat. If the attendees doesn't submit this document will be marked on their registration form and in the beginning of the event will be charged the difference in value.
