Registration & Payments

The confirmation page becomes available after payment is completed in the registration system. If your registration is still open/unpaid, you will not be able to print the confirmation.

Yes, on-site registration is allowed (subject to badge printing queues and category availability).

Yes. Enter your institutional billing details in the registration system. If you still need adjustments on the receipt, contact us with the exact legal name and tax information.

Yes. Upon request, we can issue an official statement on SBPMat letterhead.

Abstracts, Presenters & Program

No. After acceptance, abstracts cannot be edited. The only allowed post-acceptance change is the presenter, which can be changed to another author already included in the abstract.

You can do it yourself, by logging to your submission page, and indicating the new presenter.

Each registered participant may present up to two works. From the third work onward, the presenter and the work will not receive certificates.

The scientific program is finalized shortly before the event. All authors are notified by email and the schedule is posted on the website.

No strict code. We recommend smart casual for both oral and poster sessions.

Poster & Oral Presentation Materials

No. We do not provide templates. You are free to use yours.

Recommended size is 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H), portrait orientation.

We do not print posters. Typically, we indicate a local print shop on the website so you may print your poster in the host city (information is posted when available).

Standard poster boards are typically used. Mounting details and locations are announced with venue information close to the event.

Certificates & Letters

Participation and presentation certificates are available in your registration area within up to one week after the congress (they are often released earlier).

Yes. After you register (and, when applicable, complete payment), request an invitation letter to the secretariat – please, include your full name, passport number and affiliation.

Sponsors & Exhibitors

Please contact our commercial team by the e-mail comercial@sbpmat.org.br. We’ll share sponsorship and exhibitor options and assist with invoicing and logistics.

Logistics (Venue, Travel & Hotels)

We usually indicate a local provider and publish the details on the website. You may also book directly with your preferred company.

These are posted on the website alongside the final program and signage information near the event dates.
