Regular Transfer:

Operation:

Transfer to conference attendees arriving at Guarulhos and Congonhas airports to their respective hotels. Each passenger will have a maximum waiting time of 1.5 hours.

Meeting points will be set up at Guarulhos and Congonhas Airports, where bilingual staff from Central de Fretes & Receptivo will be waiting with cell phones and event name signs. They will remain during the scheduled time slot, able to group other attendees arriving within that interval.

Meeting Points:

• Congonhas (CGH): Information counter next to the arrival area.
• Guarulhos (GRU): Balloon Café - Terminal 2, Banco SAFRA - Terminal 3.

Rates:

R$ 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Brazilian Reais) per passenger per transfer.

Please note that transfers must be booked at least 15 days prior to the event.
