Synthesis and Properties of Nanometric Materials


Scope:

Nanoscience and nanotechnology cover areas of important scientific challenges bringing many new technological applications. In the area of nanomaterials, specifically, dimensions of particles determine the properties of these materials, changing its mechanical, optical, electrical and magnetic properties. In this sense, the present symposium will cover the synthesis of nanometric materials by different methods such as hydrothermal ones, mechanical alloying, Pechini, co-precipitation, combustion and others. Moreover, it will cover the evaluation of differential properties of these nanometric materials, as listed below:
