A inscrição dá direito a acesso aos simpósios e palestras plenárias, cerimônia de abertura, Livro de Programa, Livro Eletrônico de Resumos, pasta com material do congresso, internet (WiFi), “coffee breaks" e participação na festa de comemoração dos 10 anos da SBPMat (a ser divulgado no local).

A inscrição de acompanhante permite acesso a cerimônia de abertura e participação na festa de comemoração dos 10 anos da SBPMat.

Atenção para data limite de inscrição com desconto (31/07 - ver tabela de valores).

Inscritos como estudantes deverão enviar cópia de documento comprovante - que deverá ter validade até o término do evento - por fax ou pelo e-mail (10encontro@sbpmat.org.br) para a Secretaria. Caso o participante não envie este documento ficará marcado em sua ficha de inscrição e no início do evento será cobrada a diferença de valor.

Esclarecimentos sobre a inscrição: (leia atentamente antes de iniciar sua inscrição)

Forma de pagamento: depósito ou boleto bancário, pagável em qualquer banco até a data do vencimento. Após o vencimento deverá ser gerada 2a via do boleto neste site, sujeito a pagamento dos valores atualizados de acordo com o calendário da tabela de preços. Se desejar utilizar outra forma de pagamento consulte a secretaria do evento.

Após o pagamento do boleto é necessário aguardar no máximo 2 dias úteis para que o Banco avise a Secretaria do evento. Não é necessário enviar o boleto pago para a secretaria, será enviado um e-mail ao participante avisando que seu pagamento foi efetivado. Caso a secretaria não entre em contato verificando o pagamento envie um e-mail para a mesma.

Número máximo de trabalhos por inscrição: 2.

Para a submissão de resumos não é necessário o pagamento da Taxa de Inscrição com geração de fatura (boleto). O pagamento da Taxa de Inscrição pode ser feita a qualquer momento, até a data do evento, de acordo com o calendário de taxas especificado na Tabela.

No entanto, para que o resumo submetido seja publicado no Livro Programa e de Resumos do Encontro, será necessário, após ter sido aprovado, que pelo menos um autor pague a taxa de Inscrição até a data de impressão do Livro de Resumos (25 de agosto de 2011).

The registration provides full access to the symposia, plenary lectures, opening ceremony, Program Book and other meeting material, internet WiFi access, coffee breaks and participation in the celebration of 10th anniversary of the Brazil MRS (SBPMat).

Registration as Accompanying Person allows participation in the opening ceremony and in the celebration of 10th anniversary of the Brazil MRS (SBPMat).

Reduced registration fee rates are offered until July 31, 2011 (see registration fees table in the meeting website).

Enrolled as students must submit proof copy of the document - which will be valid until the end of the event - by fax or e-mail (10encontro@sbpmat.org.br) to the Secretariat. If the participant does not submit this document will be marked on your registration form and start of the event will be charged the difference in value.

Clarifications about the registration: (read carefully before starting your application)

Form of payment: bank transfer or deposit, payable in any bank until the maturity date. After winning the second will be generated via the fetlock on this site, subject to payment of amounts updated in accordance with the timetable of the tariff. If youyou want to use another form of payment refer to the event secretary.

After payment of the docket is necessary to wait up to 2 days for the Bank to notify the Secretariat of the event. No need to send the docket fee required for the secretariat, will be sent an email advising the participant that the payment was effected. If the department does not get in touch by checking the payment and send an email to the same.

Maximum number of jobs per inscription: 2.

For submission of abstracts is not necessary to pay the application fee with invoice generation. Payment of Registration Fee can be made anytime until the date of the event, according to the schedule of rates specified in the Table.
