Transfer to Guarujá
Booking Procedures for Casa Grande Hotel
1) Email reservasguaruja@casagrande.com.br, with the names, entry date, exit date, type of apartment (single, double or triple). It must be said that the applicants are participants of the meeting VII.
2) The Hotel will send an e-mail informing the prices of total return and an attachment with a filling form. In the form must be given the payment information (credit card).
3) The signed form should be sent to the hotel by fax or email (in the last case, the signed form must be scanned and sent as attachment).
4) The Hotel will send an e-mail confirming the reservation and payment.
A - Extra Charter Bus from Guarulhos Airport and Congonhas Airport to the Meeting Venue

B - Charter Bus from São Paulo to the Meeting Venue
Date: September 28, 2008
Departure time from Araraquara: 9:00 a.m.
Departure time from São Carlos: 9:40 a.m.
Departure time from Campinas: 11:40 a.m.
Fare: R$25.00 (one way, per passenger).
A requisitation must be made until September 5th, containing the NAME, PASSPORT NUMBER, CONTACT PHONE (CELLPHONE) and TOWN.
An anticipated reservation is requested. Please make your reservation by sending a message to sbpmat@metallum.com.br. For further information please call the secretariat of the VII Meeting (+55-11- 37318549)
The fare must be paid in cash directly to the driver. A printed copy of the reservation must be presented before boarding containing the confirmation of the departure time issued by the Secretariat of the SBPMat VII Meeting.
Return October 2, after the SBPMat VII meeting closure. Fare: R$75.00
The organizing committee requested a financial support to FAPESP for that purpose. If this funding is granted, the fare will be reimbursed for eligible participants.
C - Charter Bus from Guarulhos Airport and Congonhas Airport to the Meeting Venue
Date: September 28, 2008
Departure times from Guarulhos airport: 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Departure times from Congonhas airport: 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Travel Duration: around 3 hours.
Fare: R$30.00 (thirty reais, approximately 18 USD) (one way, per passenger).
An anticipated reservation is requested. Please make your reservation by sending a message to sbpmat@metallum.com.br including the flight number and the arrival time. For further information please call the secretariat of the VII Meeting (+55-11- 37318549).
Meeting Point
The meeting point will be at the Balloon Café, Terminal 2, Ground floor, close to the
Exit, approximately 10 meters from Guarucop taxi desk.
An identified guide of the SBPMat VII Meeting will be at the airport to assist with bus boarding and further questions.
The fare must be paid in cash directly to the driver. A printed copy of the reservation must be presented before boarding containing the confirmation of the departure time issued by the Secretariat of the SBPMat VII Meeting.

The return is programmed for October 2 after the closing of the VII Meeting and the values of the tax will be the same ones.

The organizing commission requested aid to the fomentation agencies to subsidize the transport. Having the concession of this aid, the tariff will be subsidized.

The tourist agency Pitangueiras offers cars, vans and buses from Congonhas Airport (downtown S. Paulo city) and Guarulhos (International Airport) to Guarujá Hotels upon advanced reservation
